As part of the Maroa-Forsyth School District Improvement Plan, SKS Engineers was invited to work on the new Maroa-Forsyth Middle School, an addition to the existing high school. The new wing will include an auditorium, cafeteria, gym, and up-to-date classrooms, as well as an attached parking lot. SKS Engineers acted as the project’s Land Surveyor, Geotechnical Engineer, and Civil Engineer, and we provided designs for site layout, extension of utilities and drainage, and the attached parking lot. Notably, we developed this site’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and applied on behalf of the Maroa-Forsyth School District for this site’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
