SKS began working with Meridian Design Build, LLC in October 2021 to provide SWPPP inspections and construction staking services for the site of a new FedEx Ground warehouse and distribution center. SKS verified site boundary and property corners, provided layouts for all curbs, dock aprons, and trailer pads, and provided staking for conduit runs for gas, electric, and telecom. Using the SWPPP developed by Spaceco, Inc., we developed a SWPPP compliance inspection plan specifically for this site, considering civil drawings, the erosion control plan, and the SWPPP, and we performed inspections every seven days.
SKS continues to inspect this site as of September 2022.
